At Diamond Balloon Affairs, every order is custom-designed and created specifically for each client. Because of the personalized nature of our products and services, we do not accept returns or exchanges on custom balloon décor, personalized items, or event services.

Order Issues
If your order is damaged upon delivery or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at nicole@diamondballoonaffairs.org and include photos of the issue. We will review your claim and, when appropriate, offer a replacement, repair, or other reasonable resolution.

Cancellations
Please refer to our Terms & Conditions for our cancellation and rescheduling policy.

Rental Items
Rental equipment, including stands, frames, backdrops, and other rental hardware, must be returned in the same condition in which it was provided. Clients are responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged rental items and may be charged the full replacement cost.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking 2–6 weeks in advance to ensure availability. Peak seasons such as graduations, holidays, weddings, and school events fill up quickly. Last-minute bookings are accepted based on availability.

How do I reserve my event?

A 50% non-refundable retainer is required to secure your event date. Your booking is not confirmed until the retainer has been received.

When is the remaining balance due?

The remaining balance is due 7 days before your event. Bookings made within 7 days of the event require full payment at the time of booking.

Do you deliver and set up?

Yes! We provide professional delivery, setup, and breakdown (when applicable). Delivery fees vary based on location and event requirements.

What areas do you serve?

Diamond Balloon Affairs proudly serves Paulding County, Cobb County, Douglas County, Carroll County, and the greater Metro Atlanta area. Travel outside our standard service area is available for an additional fee.

Can balloon décor be used outdoors?

Yes, but outdoor balloon décor is exposed to weather conditions including heat, wind, rain, and direct sunlight. While we use professional techniques and high-quality balloons, we cannot guarantee how long outdoor installations will last due to conditions beyond our control.

Can I choose my balloon colors?

Absolutely! Most designs include up to three standard colors. Premium, chrome, specialty, or custom colors may require an additional fee.

Do you recreate inspiration photos?

We welcome inspiration photos! While we strive to capture the same style and feel, every installation is custom designed. Exact duplication cannot be guaranteed.

Do you offer custom designs?

Yes! Every event is unique, and we love creating custom balloon installations tailored to your theme, colors, and vision.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and other secure online payment methods through our invoicing system.

What is your cancellation policy?

All payments are non-refundable. One courtesy reschedule may be approved with at least seven days' written notice, subject to availability and our Terms & Conditions.

Do you decorate for corporate events?

Yes! We proudly decorate for businesses, schools, churches, grand openings, ribbon cuttings, trade shows, employee appreciation events, and more.

Do you offer balloon subscriptions?

Yes! Our balloon subscription services are perfect for businesses that want fresh décor for holidays, promotions, seasonal displays, or recurring events.

How do I get a quote?

Simply complete our inquiry form on the website or contact us directly with your event date, venue, theme, and inspiration photos. We'll create a custom quote just for you.
